Enjoy learning the 19 movements and 1 pose which form this beautiful moving meditation. Classes are taught by an accredited TCC teacher.
TCC is an evidenced based practice which has been shown to reduce stress and pain, improve immunity, balance, quality of sleep and overall wellbeing.
This easy to learn non martial art form otherwise known as “joy thro movement” can be learnt at your own pace with a small friendly group.
Tea and coffee provided, please wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes/socks.
