From 11:30am we enjoy some guided mindful practices, sense awareness, seated/standing mindful movements (all within our own limitations) and ……..just be.
We cover how to prepare to meditate, find our focus and learn techniques to quieten our mind and in turn relax our body. Each session has a different theme so we can build our “mindful toolkits” using scientifically proven practices shown to reduce anxiety, stress and pain, promote wellbeing, improve concentration and focus and increase our resilience to name but a few benefits
£8-00 pp per session, please book in advance as places are limited at this venue.
