Session is 10:00am – 11:00am followed by tea and coffee.
A 60 minute health and well-being Qigong session guided by a Certified Shibashi Set 1 Session Leader. The focus is on de stressing and calming the mind and body.
This is a 2 part session, the 1st part we look at the three leg stances which we use in the second part and there are gentle ‘warm up’ exercises with the opportunity to ask questions. In the 2nd part I guide us through the 18 movement sequence for relaxation and calm (based on medical Qigong for health and well-being) There is no expectation to learn or remember anything it is time to just relax and enjoy moving, all within our own abilities, seated or standing in our own time and comfort.
Tea and coffee provided, please wear warm, loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes/socks.
