This 90 minute taster session will introduce foundation practices and a simple mindful movement routine tailored to you. We will learn to be still, focus our awareness and try a few practices such as : the raisin meditation or the breathing space meditation, seated meditation or short body scan. We will briefly talk about the origins of mindful practices, share some poems or stories and reflect upon our experiences during the session.
