This course is an ideal way to learn some really useful mindfulness practices to help navigate life’s ups and downs whilst having some much needed ‘you time’. Delivered over 4 weeks at a venue near to Banbury on a one to one basis, with each weekly session lasting 1 hour. The course is tailored to individual needs and offers support and guidance in the form of a bespoke homework plan with individual audio recordings to use for formal meditation practice. We explore various meditation practices, simple mindful movements and learn about journaling and enquiry.
This course is suitable for beginners who would like to attend a mindfulness course but have limited time or do not feel able to commit to an 8 week Mindfulness Now Program.
